Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records with a focus on accuracy using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare, analyze, and extract insights from financial reports to inform decision-making.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies within income and expense accounts promptly.
- Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes as required.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with timely tax payments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows and support overall company operations.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Capability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports.
- Experience in tax filing and payroll management is important.
- Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to precision and efficiency.

Qualifications
